Announcement: Principal Transition at Richland Springs ISD
As many of you know, Mrs. Wyatt will be retiring from her position as Richland Springs ISD Principal in June. As we bid Mrs. Wyatt farewell, we are excited to introduce our new Principal, Mrs. Amy Wilson, who will be stepping into the role this semester. Mrs. Wyatt and Mrs. Wilson will be working side by side throughout the semester to ensure a smooth transition into the 2025-2026 school year.
Mrs. Wilson brings with her over 30 years of educational experience and a strong belief system focused on student success, community, and academic excellence. Her wealth of experience, coupled with her dedication to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, makes her the perfect fit for Richland Springs ISD. Summary:
Richland Springs ISD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Agriculture Science Teacher to lead our Agricultural Science program. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses, including Agricultural, Food, and Natural Resources (AFNR) classes, Agricultural Mechanics, and Welding. Additionally, this role will involve supporting students during stock shows and related extracurricular activities.

We want to inform you that Richland Springs ISD will be closed on Friday, January 31, 2025 due to a high number of student and staff absences. In an effort to help limit the continued spread of illness within our school community, we feel that this closure is necessary. Early Release Friday, 11/22/24 at 12PM. There will be a send off for our Coyote Football team at 3PM from the school as they leave for the Area Playoff Game. The game will be against Zephyr at the Comanche High School Indian Stadium. Kick off will be at 7PM. Wear BLUE to support our Coyotes!

Early release Friday, 11/15/24, at 12:00 PM. Come out to support our Lady Coyotes as they advanced to the Regional Tournament in Volleyball. The game will be at 7:00 PM at the Midlothian High School, 923 S. 9th St, Midlothian, TX 76065. GOOD LUCK LADY COYOTES!
