If you really knew Richland…

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that the superintendent leads Bible study every Wednesday morning for his staff.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that the AD leads FCA, like really leads it ,and the majority of the school comes.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that the school nurse and librarian love on kids like they are their own children.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would see that my child’s 2nd grade teacher gave up a Saturday to come watch her student play ball.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that the sweet cafeteria lady is more concerned with making sure kids at the Fall Festival have tickets to participate rather than just worrying about herself.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would see that the Chief is so respected that kids are writing about him as their hero in English class.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would see senior football players lifting the little kids up at the pep rallies and making them feel like a million bucks.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would see that the AD you are posting about and clapping to see him go through a challenge, is the same guy praying over hurting people in communities.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that the principal is humble and kind. She never boast in her position or authority, but serves her staff.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that when a rival schools bus broke down, our sup drove them home on our bus.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that all the way from the custodians to the secretaries to the staff are people who would drop anything to help someone in need.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that the girls head coach leads her players in prayer and loves them like her own.

If you really knew Richland instead of hate, you would know that it’s a community filled with people who support one another. But what makes it super special is that they love and give to so many who aren’t even part of just their community.

It’s a special place. ❤️
Hate is a real thing and a sad thing. Personally, I’ve seen it firsthand and that’s why this mornings Bible study and notes were spot on. God, I hear you! Thank you for speaking to me Lord, and I’m so thankful that the people at my job allow God to use them to speak to me. ❤️
